Russell Combs Design is me – As a landscape designer, my goal is to make outdoor spaces a little more beautiful with the plants I love. Every plant has something to offer – and every space has a plant that can make it a bit better. The two things that excite me the most in my job are thinking about how a space will be used and how my favorite plants can make someone happy within that space!
I design all sorts of spaces for the home landscape: patios, planting beds, perennial gardens, pathways, and any other little sliver of space that can be used outside! Take a peek around at some of my work . . . and check back regularly as I update all the time!
I am a graduate of the Landscape Design Certification Program, an Intern with the Henrico County Master Gardener program, and a member of the Virginia Society of Landscape Designers. In addition to designing garden spaces, I love to teach people how to work in their own space. I advise on care for all aspects of the home landscape, from pruning to fertilizing to general care of the plants.
